The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the efficient and effective administration operations of the Talent Acquisition Team. This position supports recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and ensuring an exceptional New Employee Orientation. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, strong organizational skills, solid PC/technical skills, will have a good sense of humor, and will excel in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Duties:
  • Coordinate ordering and shipment of marketing collateral to stores and DCs
  • Update internal and external job bulletin boards
  • Facilitate, orchestrate, and ensure seamless coordination between new hire relocation needs with relocation vendor
  • Monitor relocation invoices to ensure adherence to relocation policy
  • Review new hire relocation reviews and provide Talent Acquisition Director insights for process improvements
  • Place order for contingent/contract workers
  • Set up vendors with Accounts Payable and monitor invoices
  • Coordinate candidate and new hire travel logistics
  • Work cross-functionally across all HR functions as appropriate to support the over HR strategy


Onboarding :
  • Work cross functionally to support the onboarding for new hires
  • Order master craft tickets, ensuring appropriate equipment, permissions, office space and supplies are secured
  • Ensure each hiring manager has an onboarding plan upon their new hire arrival
  • Provide a new hire tour of Store Support Center and general company information
  • Set up hire badge
  • I-9 verification
  • Assist new hires logging into systems and ensuring completion of all online onboarding paperwork and training
  • Ensure smooth relationship handoff from orientation to hiring manager to create a great first day experience

Required Experience/ Skills/Knowledge: (Please List)
  • High School 2+ years HR /Recruiting or Administrative experience
  • Solid PC (Microsoft Office) and technical skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle confidential information Excellent communication skills: both oral and written, with strong negotiating and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment
  • High level of customer service and relationship management, with excellent interpersonal skills
