Responsibilities include:
  • Provide Total Rewards team support to ensure workday tasks and audits are performed as needed. Support ongoing administrative functions in workday, ensuring configuration is appropriate by testing updates and changes.
  • Assist in developing implementation project plans when changes occur to benefit, absence or time off procedures, processes, forms, practices, and plan administration within the benefits, absence, and time off area.
  • Assist to identify HRIS system configuration requirements and resolve system-processing problems.
  • Develop communication tools (articles in ServiceNow, myLIFE, Benefit Information and Health & Wellness newsletter) to enhance employee understanding of Total Reward Programs.
  • Ability to make decisions and understand policies, procedures, organizational impact, and liability.
  • Ability to understand and apply knowledge of total reward programs; vendor contracts, policies and procedures, and federal/state laws, regulations, and statutes, and ensure appropriate coordination among each.
  • Ability to be an effective team member and collaborate with Benefits Manager, Absence Manager and benefit and absence staff, as well as the business unit human resources teams.
  • Coordinate RFPs as required, in partnership with benefit/absence leadership team and outside consultants.
  • Assist with survey responses on benefits and absence national and local surveys.
  • Provide support on special projects as assigned.

Education and experience required:
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field within one year of hire date
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
