Position Summary:

As a Reset Merchandiser, you will work independently and be responsible for setting and tagging stores for new customers and resetting existing customer stores with annual planogram changes. A successful candidate will be able to assess customer sales and identify opportunities to maximize value. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves. Some overnight travel will be required occasionally.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining all established plan-o-grams/sets
  • Performing Resets
  • Building Displays
  • Communicating sales opportunities with appropriate Sales personnel and Management
  • Participating in training programs / Merchandising
  • Operating and managing assigned equipment
  • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills & Experiences:
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.
  • Must have valid insurance that meets minimum requirements per state law.
  • Communicate effectively and perform general math calculations.
  • Utilize and understand store plan-o-grams and set instructions.
  • Adapt to operating a hand-held inventory control device and calculator.
  • Competitive Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Physical Demands &Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift, unload, and carry totes and bundles up to 30 lbs. repetitively.
  • Stand and walk frequently, and be able to drive for a significant period of time.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Variety of environmental conditions: weather, temperature, lighting, and noise as determined by circumstances at accounts within assigned territory.
