Job Summary

As a key member of the Strategy and Transformation team at ABM, the Change Manager will support the people side of change across critical strategy, technology, and process initiatives, supporting enterprise-wide transformation.

The Change Manager will lead cross-functional teams to drive change plans and maximize value to those impacted. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, adept at managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Apply ABM's change management processes and standards to support adoption of change across multiple initiatives.
  • Define, manage, and oversee the execution of all change management plans, activities, and deliverables.
  • Conduct assessments to determine change impact, risk, and business readiness, and project health throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide input to the design and delivery of communication plans and training programs.
  • Develop effective, collaborative working relationships with internal consultants, project managers and business leads. Provide change knowledge and recommendations as required.
  • Define key metrics to monitor successful adoption and change management effectiveness.
  • Assist with continuing to improve the ABM Change Management team processes, leveraging internal/external best practices and lessons learned.
  • Provide support to transformation efforts as needed.


Minimum Requirements

Education, Required Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, organizational development, or related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading change management efforts.
  • Experience in project management and related functions is highly desired.
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with all levels of the organization. Ability to build and leverage strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
