The Program Performance Analyst, North American B2B sits within the Global Fuels team reporting to the Director, North American B2B. This role will provide analytical and project support for B2B. The primary activity of this position is to ensure contract information is input and managed within the Global Fuels systems and be the single point of contact for questions related to contracts from internal groups. Role will be tasked with creating and producing contract performance measures on a monthly basis. Engagement with third party fleet providers and accounting are critical components of the role which provides a great developmental opportunity for the right candidate to grow within the Global Fuels organization.

  • Updates and maintains contract database and organizes electronic documents.
  • Supports contract implementation by communicating and distributing agreements.
  • Collaborates with third party fleet providers and accoutning to ensure agreed terms are accurately reflected in documents and systems.
  • Reviews and evaluates B2B contracts for accuracy.
  • Key point of contact internally for contract related questions such as end dates, notification periods, commitments, locations, etc...
  • Creates and runs periodic reports on contract performance.
  • Identifies areas of improvement of systems and/or processes.
  • Contributes to team effort by taking on additional activities to support team priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Other combinations of job related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted
  • 1+ years of contract or accounting experience
  • Experience managing projects with ability to work individually and with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
