PRIMARY FUNCTION : Hands-on leader m anages, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff, directing work, counseling, and completing performance evaluations. Oversees and monitors regional and/or enterprise Network infrastructure. Develops troubleshooting and maintenance protocols and workflows. Plans, maintains and coordinates network installations, maintenance, and operations. Participates in the selection of hardware, software, and vendors according to organizational needs and budget. Create and Manage Projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure Network uptime to meet Jefferson SLAs. responsible for the daily performance and availability of the Jefferson Network . Analyzes network and recommends upgrades/changes; assesses organization's current and future network needs. Individual must also have experience with the Technologies listed below.
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson .
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
10 plus Years of Network Operations Expierieince required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:
CCNA, CCNP Prefferred
