The position of Manager, Revenue Cycle Reporting and Project Management is responsible for leading a team that supports HIM, Coding, Finance and Business Office operations by coordinating, managing and leading informatics needs for internal and external resources. The position will provide reporting support, technology training and deployment, perform financial analysis, provide project managment services related to Revenuce Cycle inititives, and perform other duties as assigned by Enterprise Director of Informatics.
  • Manage informatics staff responsible for providing reporting support to Revenue Cycle and other hospital departments (5-6 Systems Analyst positions)
  • Provide project management for various technology implementation
  • Technology training and deployment
  • Perform revenue cycle related analysis
  • Additional duties as assigned by Enterprise Director of Informatics

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years experience in revenue cycle informatics or Information Technology, networking, vendor integration and hardware support
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or an additional 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in working with Epic (preferred)
  • Experience in networking and hardwarwe and software support is required
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is required
