Primary Responsibilities To create an excellent and memorable patient experience regarding food service at Jefferson by obtaining food preferences and menu selections from patients and inputting selections into a computer utilizing CBORD software, anticipating patient needs regarding foodservice, assembling meals that are elegantly presented, and serving patients in a kind, courteous, and friendly manner. Essential Functions
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written assignments. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates competency in basic computer skills. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs of the customer. Demonstrates the ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills. Requires good time management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
