• Promote and encouragesafe working practices.
  
• Front-line managerrole supervising operators on rotating shifts.
  
• Lead and coach diverseteams in lean manufacturing and six sigma methods to troubleshoot and monitorkey operating processes and equipment.
  
• Own short to mediumterm projects to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts.
  
• Manage highlyautomated, complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Develop, monitor, andmaintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure excellentprocess performance and product quality.
  
• Learn brewing andpackaging processes through hands on training.
  
• Partner with on-shiftteam to drive Root-Cause Analysis to resolve production issues and createsustainable improvements.
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in engineering, science, supply chain management or related disciplinerequired.
  
• GPAof 2.8 or higher
