Job Description

Account Manager - eMobility & Electrical Infrastructure

The Account Manager plays a critical role in leading the relationship for strategic accounts with distributed, national portfolios based in our eMobility & Electrical Infrastructure group. This role will represent the primary "face" of the company in client communications through the development and sales cycle.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead successful communications to foster the growth of designated accounts
  • Provides customer with consultative leadership that provides them with the best possible service experience
  • Present electrification program requirements to key clients
  • Present turnkey project proposals to clients for inclusion in the electrification program
  • Direct individual work scheduling with the Program Manager & Project Manager
  • Adhere to Branch, Corporate, Division, Region, and Customer policies.
  • Provide a world-class customer experience in all aspects of relationship
  • Supports transition activities and monitor schedules, targets and plans
  • Ensure that all standardization programs have been set and are being fully utilized
  • Actively monitor designated reporting to ensure accuracy and optimal financial performance
  • Ensuring that all contract terms and requirements are being upheld by all stakeholders
  • Following up and insuring problems and/or issues are resolved
  • This position requires 10% to 20% travel
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements
  • Strong and verifiable track record of success focused on the successful delivery of presentations and proposals
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum three (3) years' experience in a customer-facing presentation role
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in the eMobility industry
  • Experience in working directly with key stakeholders including executive management personnel within customers organization
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Build relationships with existing clients to maintain present sales and to facilitate add-on business and services
  • Must have the ability to solve problems quickly as well as manage multiple clients across a large portfolio
